Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling with BrandBot. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. 7-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 7 days of the batch start date, provided you have attended no more than the first two live sessions and have not downloaded more than 20% of the course material.
2. Non-refundable items
- 1-on-1 sessions that have already been delivered.
- Digital products once download access has been granted.
- Enrollments cancelled after the 7-day window.
3. How to request
Email hello@brandbot.pk from the address you used to enroll, with your full name and course. We respond within 3 business days.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Exceptions
In case of a course cancellation by BrandBot, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future batch.
