Privacy Policy

BrandBot is an online education business based in Pakistan that teaches digital marketing, advertising, ecommerce and related skills. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@brandbot.pk or on WhatsApp at +92 317 6901171.

Information you give us

• Contact details such as your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Answers you give in enrolment or application forms, for example age, gender, country, province, city and short written answers about your goals.
• Payment details you submit for paid courses, such as the payment method, transaction reference and a screenshot of the payment. We do not collect or store card numbers.
• Account details for our learning portal, such as your login email and profile picture choice.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or our contact forms.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data such as your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, browser type, device type and the pages you visit.
• Precise device location, only on forms that ask for it and only if you allow it through your browser's permission prompt. You can refuse or withdraw this permission in your browser or phone settings at any time.
• Cookie and pixel data, including the Meta Pixel, which records events such as page views and form submissions (see section 5).

• To enrol you in a course and give you access to classes and materials.
• To contact you about your enrolment, class timings, updates and support.
• To verify payments for paid courses.
• To confirm that form submissions come from real people and to filter spam.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To measure and improve our website, courses and advertising.
• To keep our services secure and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you enter your WhatsApp number on our website and submit a form, you agree to receive messages from BrandBot on WhatsApp related to that request — for example enrolment confirmation, course access, class reminders and replies to your questions. We may use the WhatsApp Business app or the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to send these messages.

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms and privacy policies. We only see the content you send to our business number and basic information WhatsApp shares with businesses, such as your profile name and number.

You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, by blocking our number, or by asking us to remove you. We will not use your number to send messages unrelated to BrandBot, and we do not share it with other businesses for their marketing.

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code provided by Meta, to understand how people use our site and to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It may record events such as viewing a page, starting an enrolment or submitting a form, together with technical information from your browser. Meta may use this information under its own Data Policy.

We also use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember answers while you move through multi-step forms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who help us run BrandBot — website hosting, database and authentication, email delivery and IP-based location lookup — who process data on our behalf.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) as described in sections 4 and 5.
• Authorities, courts or others when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of BrandBot, our students or the public.
• A successor business if BrandBot is ever merged, sold or reorganised.

Some of our service providers store or process data on servers outside Pakistan. When that happens we rely on providers that apply recognised security and confidentiality protections.

We keep enrolment, application and account records for as long as you are a student or have an active account, and for a reasonable period afterwards to answer questions, resolve disputes and keep records required by law. Form submissions that are incomplete or identified as spam may be deleted sooner. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted administrator access to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a problem occurs.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your information.
• Stop sending you WhatsApp messages or emails.
• Withdraw any consent you have given, such as for location access.

We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and in some cases we may keep limited information where the law requires it.

To request deletion of your personal information, including data received through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, send a message with the subject "Delete my data" to hello@brandbot.pk or on WhatsApp to +92 317 6901171. Include the name, email address and WhatsApp number you used with us. If you have a learning portal account you can also delete it yourself from your account settings. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm once it is done.

Our courses are intended for adults and older teenagers. If you are under 18, please use our services with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information without that permission, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will make reasonable efforts to let you know.
